The cellular phenotype imaging (CPI) pilot project is a pilot study aimed at the creation of a public database containing high throughput microscopy experiment data sets along with the relevant experimental meta-data.
A working alpha version version of the database has been put up on the EBI development server and the development version of the software can be found on Source-forge
This pilot project currently has one contributing developer so any feedback is greatly appreciated.
